Concrete Paving

Harper’s experience with concrete paving encompasses over 4 million square yards. A large amount of our jobs are generated from most southeastern DOT’s, International Airports, and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.

White Topping

When this construction method was first introduced, Harper was the first to use this method. This very first white topping job took place in Louisville, KY for University of Louisville engineers to study the effects of this new pavement rehabilitation system and is still in use today. Our white topping operations have grown from that job and continue to grow today with most jobs located in Tennessee and Kentucky.

Median Barrier and Parapet

Harper Construction flourished in the 1980’s with slip form median barrier and parapet on major interstates in the southeast and is continued to be an area of expertise today.

Structures Division

This division of Harper Construction concentrates on, overpass, culvert, and bridge erection projects.
