After months of redesign planning and behind-the-scenes work with locally based ZebraGraphics, the Construction Company officially launched its new Web site today (Oct. 1). The new www.harperc.com features a fresh look and feel, improved usability, and a greater focus on prospective clients and other external audiences. In addition to improved navigation, users should notice a wider use of photography and color across the new site, as well as a set of rotating features that showcase the unique projects, people and programs of Harper Construction, and in the process, distinguish the company from its peers. The main page and the About, Safety, Community Involvement, Locations, Careers, and News sections will be the top tier pages. In addition, the redesign will include high resolution photos, videos, and streaming footage from an array of job sites, while allowing for customization with photos, text, links and other features. "We're excited about unveiling the new website,” said Blankenship, “It's going to be a little like remodeling a few rooms while you're still living in the rest of the house since the top tier pages represent a fraction of the total pages on the web site.” Since 1949 Harper Construction has maintained a solid reputation built on a safe, highly efficient and an experienced workforce.
