BENEFITS
Every Full-Time Employee of Harper Construction who has successfully completed the 90-day orientation period becomes eligible to participate in the Company Benefits Plan.
1. Medical Insurance Coverage
Single and dependant coverage is available through a PPO Health Plan. The Company pays the the majority of the monthly premium cost. Each year the company also funds the majority of the employee's household deductible. The employee's remaining portion of their deductible may be deducted from their paycheck on a pre-tax basis through the utilization of a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA).
2. Dental Insurance
Two dental plans are available through CompBenefits. Individual and family coverage are available through payroll deduction. Rates start at under $3.00 per week for single coverage and under $7.00 per week for family coverage.
3. Vision Insurance
A Vision Insurance Plan is offered with no additional premium cost to the employee. The Vision Plan provides exams, lenses, and frames for a low co-pay charge.
4. 401K Savings Plan
Team members can contribute up to 15% of their income into the 401K plan. Harper Construction will match a percentage of the contributions. The company match is subject to a vesting schedule. The 401K plan is available to all team members on the first day of the month following the commencement of their employment.
5. Direct Deposit
Direct deposit is available to all employees.
